My Sale Manager (MSM) Homepage
Click the Consignor Homepage button to log in to your account and view your homepage. You will need your consignor number and your given password at the time you registered.

Click the button New Consignor Registration to register for this sale. After you register, you will receive an email with your new consignor number. You will use this number to log in to the MSM system. There is a $10 registration fee to consign in the sale. You will be charged this fee through your FACTS account. If you do not have a FACTS account, you will be invoiced $10. This fee is non-refundable.
How to Prep My Items at Home
- Log on to the Consignor Homepage to view your account (given in email)
- Click on the Registration Status and click YES to register for this sale.
- Click on the Seller Agreement Status and click YES to agree to the seller agreement and payment.
- Click the Active Inventory Status, then click the drop-down Add Items to upload each item. (This is easiest when done on a PC/laptop)
- Plug in the data per item by Category, Size, Description, Price, & Quantity.
- Prices must be in increments of $1.00 (whole dollars only, no .50 etc.)
- Check the box if you would like to discount and/or donate your item at the end of the sale.
- Print Tags: After you are done plugging in the data for each item, go back to the Consignor Homepage, click Active Inventory Status, then the Print Tags dropdown menu. Select the Print All Tags (PDF), then Display Tags for Printing. This should pull up the page that you will need to print. We recommend white cardstock paper so the tags are sturdy and clear. Cut out each tag and safety pin to each item.
- Hang all items on hangers with the hook turned left. (It should form a Question Mark ?) Remember to use safety pins to attach clothes to the hangers. Use safety pins to attach the tag to the right side of the item. Please do not use straight pins or tiny gold pins; only large silver safety pins.
- All shoes, accessories, and loose items need to be in a ziplock bag with the barcode tag attached to the bag.
- If your item looks worn out or has stains or holes and you would not buy it, please do not consign it. We reserve the right to pull any items that are not in good condition or do not adhere to the school’s guidelines.
- At drop off, a staff member/volunteer will go through your registered items to approve them for the sale.
- IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR ITEMS.
- We will not sell any item if any information has been marked out and changed.
Volunteer Worker
We are looking for several volunteers to help us make this event a success! If you sign up and work one shift, you will be eligible to shop 30 minutes early before the sale begins from 8:30 am to 9 am. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis… once the shifts are taken, they’re gone!

Schedule My Drop-Off

Frequently Asked Questions
Discounted Items: The consignment sale begins on Saturday, June 14th, and will continue until Thursday, June 26th. In the last week of the sale, items marked “discount” will automatically have their price reduced by 50%. If you would like your items to be discounted by 50% in the last week of the sale, please check the box “yes” when uploading each tag item. Paideia staff will not be manually reducing the discounted price, it will automatically be done by the MSM system.
After Knight Day Sale Days: If you can’t make Knight Day, don’t worry! Staff will be available to open up the assembly room for you to shop on these dates and times: Mon – Thurs, June 16-19 from 9 am to 12 noon, and Mon – Thurs, June 23-26 from 9 am to 12 noon. Thursday, June 26th, will be the last day to shop.
Upper School Blazers: We have phased out the old blazers from My A Plus Uniforms and will not allow them to cycle through the consignment sale. We will only accept Lands’ End maroon blazers. Parents, please keep this in mind when you purchase second-hand uniform blazers in a personal sale.
