Uniforms

Paideia students wear uniforms to reinforce our unique culture and to demonstrate unity within our diverse student body. Please refer to the 2010-2011 Student/Parent Handbook for the practical and biblical rationale for the Paideia Academy Student Dress Code and Uniform Policy. Our uniforms consist of two separate classifications:

The Essential Uniform will be worn by Grammar level students (K-6) on every assembly day and by Logic and Rhetoric level students (7-12) on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Special Events, Picture Day, and appropriate field trips also require the Essential Uniform. The headmaster and teacher may choose to dictate specific uniform requirements (i.e. sleeve length, pants, etc.) for field trips or special events.

The Elective Uniform will be worn on Non-Essential Uniform days and includes optional items that students may elect to wear. Students are also free to wear any Essential items on Elective Days.
